The photographs and presentation videos of the products accompanying the information are published on the site for descriptive purposes, taking into account the fact that the quality of the images, including an exact display of the color variations, may depend on the software and IT tools used by the customer. when connecting to the site.

By sending the order online, the buyer sends Dustlane a proposal to purchase the product and / or products included in the cart. When the buyer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.

Dustlane will communicate to the buyer the acceptance and confirmation of the order showing shipping times by email.

The buyer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated on-line in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, at the price indicated therein to which are added the delivery costs. Before submitting the order purchase summarizes the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple products and the related delivery costs. Once the purchase order has been sent, the customer will receive from Dustlane an e-mail confirming that the purchase order has been received and containing the information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased goods, a detailed indication of the price and costs. of delivery, applicable taxes and means of payment and containing a reference to the general conditions of contract and information about the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of its exercise displayed on the site.

The customer can make the due payment by choosing one of the following methods listed.

Payment by credit card: In the event that the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, he can use the payment procedure with PayPal, suitable to ensure the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased good will be sent in the manner indicated in the following paragraph “Delivery of the Products”, to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within 3 days after the bank transfer (timing varies according to the credit institution used and the actual availability of the products). The purchased good, together with the relative invoice, is delivered by express courier with insured shipping to the address specified by the buyer when ordering online. Any specific needs must be proposed by the customer to Dustlane. In the case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated by him in the order, the carrier will follow the standard procedure for further delivery attempts; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender DUSTLANE Srls

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs import charges will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Dustlane must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with successive split shipments does not legitimize the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.

The Buyer has in any case the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract (art.56 Consumer Code), without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the goods purchased. In the event that the professional has not satisfied the information obligations on the existence, methods and times of return or withdrawal of the asset in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 90 (ninety) days and runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer.

In the event the Purchaser decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the seller by registered letter with return receipt to the address: DUSTLANE Srls  Lungarno Vespucci 36 / r – 50123 FLORENCE Or by e-mail to the email mail@dustlane.com provided that these communications are confirmed by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Lungarno Vespucci 36 / r – 50123 FLORENCE by 48 (forty-eight) subsequent hours or by certified e-mail to the e-mail address mail@dustlane.com.

For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication can validly be replaced by the return of the purchased good, provided in the same terms. The date of delivery to the post office or shipper will prevail between the parties.

The return of the goods must however take place at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods. In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety, and in any case, in a normal state of conservation.

The Purchaser cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for purchase contracts for products that have been tailor-made or clearly personalized (Art. 59 Legislative Decree 505/2006).

The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier (Art. 67 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code).

The Supplier will refund the entire amount paid by the Purchaser free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. With the receipt of the communication with which the Purchaser communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parts of this contract are released from their mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of the previous points of this article.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Dustlane, is under the full responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Dustlane will notify the Customer of this, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative refund; the product will therefore be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

Dustlane will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, DUSTLANE Srls is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer. In particular, DUSTLANE Srls will proceed free of charge with the transmission of the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer. This operation will be carried out via PayPal refund where possible or by crediting the amount to the bank account indicated by the buyer. DUSTLANE Srls has the right to reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the customer (and any customs fees, if any), or the methods and times indicated for the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the DUSTLANE Srls reserves the right to declare pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the civil code resolved this contract by sending a written communication to the customer’s electronic address.

The customer will be contacted for clarification within 7 working days of the request.

All disputes arising from this contract will be devolved to an attempt at conciliation with the mediation body of the Florence Chamber of Commerce and resolved according to the conciliation regulation adopted by the same.

If the Parties intend to appeal to the ordinary judicial authority, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of choice of the consumer, mandatory pursuant to art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u) cod. cons.

This contract is governed by Italian law.19.2. Although not expressly provided herein, the laws applicable to the relationships and cases provided for in this contract apply, and in particular art. 5 of the 1980 Rome Convention. 19.3 Pursuant to art. 60 cod. cons., the regulations contained in Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Code are expressly referred to here. cons.
